Just 50 meters from our property, you’ll find the Tramway stop, a modern tram that will take you to the renowned Santa Maria Novella Station in only 10 minutes. From there, with a short walk, you’ll be in the beating heart of Florence’s historic center, ready to fully experience the beauty and charm of the city.

Located in a strategic position, our B offers the possibility to explore not only the city but also to easily venture beyond it.

For those who choose to arrive by car, the property is easily accessible and provides a private parking area monitored by cameras to ensure the safety of your vehicle.

A short distance from the Fi-Pi-Li highway, one of the main communication routes in the area, our B is an ideal starting point to reach not only Florence but also the fascinating cities of Pisa and Livorno. Additionally, “access to the” A1 Highway is within easy reach, offering the possibility to explore other destinations with ease and comfort.

Get off at the “Stazione” stop.
From here, take “another Tramway, line T1, the one going” in the direction of “Villa Costanza” (Scandicci).
Get off at the “Batoni” stop (about 10 minutes from the station).
Going in the opposite direction from the tram you just got off, proceed toward the traffic light that is on your left.
Reach it and cross the street. On your left, you’ll see some shops: a Bakery, a key duplication shop, a Hardware store, and a Hairdresser.
Approximately at the level of the latter begins a small street called Via Palazzo dei Diavoli, and 10 meters further down this street, you’ll find us, it’s the gray gate with a large “F”.

Take the T1 Tramway, that is the tram, direction “Villa Costanza” (Scandicci).

Get off at the “Batoni” stop.
Going in the opposite direction from the tram you just got off, proceed toward the traffic light that is on your left. Reach it and cross the street.

Take the A1 Highway and exit at the Firenze – Scandicci toll booth.
From here, take the SGC Fi-Pi-Li (Major Communication Road, a highway to be clear…) and follow the signs for Florence.
Continue straight ahead, after a few minutes, you’ll arrive in the city and find yourself on an avenue called “Viale Etruria” which then becomes “Viale Talenti”.
Continuing straight on Viale Talenti for about 600 meters, you’ll arrive at a square called “Piazza Batoni”.
Here you’ll find a fork in the road:
A few meters before the traffic light you see on the left (without passing it!), take the small street on the right (Via Palazzo dei Diavoli) and after about 50 meters you’ll have arrived.
We are on the left side of the street, next to a hairdresser.
You’ll see a gray gate with a large “F”:

P.S. If you don’t want to or can’t get out of the car and ring the doorbell, call us as soon as you enter Viale Talenti, and we’ll have the gate open for you!

They are usually numerous, both near Florence’s main station, Santa Maria Novella, and near “the airport, that is the” Amerigo Vespucci.
